“If we suffer, we shall also reign with Him: if we deny Him, He also will deny us:” (2 Timothy 2: 12)
Brethren! How much are you suffering for Christ's sake?
Know it that this race we are running is a race of endurance: and anyone who gives up easily because of one challenge or the other… His soul will not find pleasure in God!
Remember! The Lord will never allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able to bear, but at the end of it: there is a crown of glory and a crown of life that goes with endurance. So, our responsibility is to refuse to give up! But enduring to the end!!
Philippians chapter 1:29 has this to say -
“For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;”
So, ‘endurance’ is very important in this race we are running, and it will make you not to give up!
Do not forget: Endurance and prayer must go together: And if you don’t know the truth of the word of God; you will remain in bondage!
Therefore, be encouraged to walk by faith and run with patience so that you can obtain the promise.
The Lord will see you through as long as you remain suffering with Him, and suffering towards the advancement of the kingdom of God!
