BUILD AND WALK IN THE WISDOM OF GOD

PROVERBS 24 : 3
“Through wisdom is an house builded; And by understanding it is established:”
KNOW THIS:
It's only through the fear of God, through obedience to the word of God that you can build something that will last, something that will have eternal value.
You can only build your family, your children, your future through the wisdom of God.
So..
Learn to walk in wisdom!
Receive He who is Wisdom Himself: Christ the Wisdom of God and the Power of God.
KNOW THIS:
It's only through the wisdom of God that whatever you are building will flourish.
Through diligent management, understanding what the will of God is and walking in it, that's the only way you can be blessed in the work of your hands.
It's through the wisdom of God that the church is built; Christ being the head of the church. It's He that builds the church, it's He that builds your family when you completely surrender your family to Him.
So I encourage you, learn to walk in the wisdom of God: …
That's the only way you can build yourself.
That's the only way you can build your soul
and …
That's the only way you can maintain your eternal salvation.
NOTE THIS:
It's a wise man that builds his house through wisdom.
It's a wise man that builds on the foundation of the apostles and prophets; Christ being the Chief Cornerstone.
Only the foundation that is laid by God through His Son can stand the test of time.
So, ‘Through wisdom is a house builded; and by understanding it is established.’ Build and walk in the wisdom of God.
So I encourage you to:
Get wisdom !
Get understanding !!
Refuse that anything will take you away from walking in the will of God.
Purpose to remain established in the faith.
Purpose to remain walking in the will of God.
Let nothing take you away from obedience to the word of God because it's through wisdom that a house is builded.
Proverbs chapter 9 verse 1, says:
“Wisdom hath builded her house, She hath hewn out her seven pillars”
So, wisdom lays the foundation of its house through the seven pillars which represent the seven Spirits of God.
When you come to the saving knowledge of the word of God and purpose to build, purpose to lay the foundation of your life, of your future in the word of God.
Christ Himself will release the Spirit of the Lord upon you. The Spirit of wisdom, the Spirit of understanding, the Spirit of counsel and the Spirit of might and strength, the Spirit of knowledge, the Spirit of the fear of the Lord.
Isaiah chapter 11 verse 2 which refers to the empowerment of Christ Himself. ‘For Christ, the Wisdom of God and the Power of God.’
That's why the Scripture says in 1 Corinthians chapter 3 verse 9:
“For we are labourers together with God: ye are God's husbandry, ye are God's building.”
It's only when you allow God to build you in the faith, it's only when you allow God to establish you in the faith through accepting what His Son did for us on the cross of Calvary, that you'll be able to build or create other things that the Lord has put in your hands.
For we have been created in Christ Jesus to do good works, to be able to build, to be able to create things according to the will of God.
So, through wisdom is a house builded.
QUESTION:
Do you want to build anything?
Lay the foundation of whatever you are building in the fear of God. Let the foundation be in Christ: for we are labourers together with God, we are God's building.
When God builds us, we'll be able to build according to His pattern because God, through His Spirit will show us how to build.
We'll be able to apply the knowledge of what Christ is showing us rightly.
As Paul wrote to the Corinthians in 1 Corinthians chapter 3 verse 10, it says:
“According to the grace of God which is given unto me, as a wise masterbuilder, I have laid the foundation, and another buildeth thereon. But let every man take heed of how he buildeth thereupon.”
Verse 11: “For no other foundation can no man lay than that which is laid, which is Jesus Christ.”
There's no other foundation that you can lay except that which is laid which is Jesus Christ.
And when you lay this foundation, the foundation shall be stable. That shows you are building in wisdom.
You need to lay your foundation, the foundation of your life and ministry, of your future…. in the word of God so that you be established, so that you receive understanding.
DO THIS:
Learn to walk in the will of God, in obedience to the word of God so that you will be established in the truth. You don't build by unrighteousness and exploitation.
It is : “woes” to such that do that!
Jeremiah chapter 22 verse 13 says:
“Woe unto him that buildeth his house by unrighteousness, and his chambers by wrong; that useth his neighbour's service without wages, and giveth him not for his work;”
You can't build your future, your life, your family, the work of your hand through unrighteousness.
It will only bring woe to you! It will end up in eternal condemnation!!
So, through wisdom … not the wisdom of the world that is not profitable to direct —
It's talking of the wisdom of God that is profitable to direct:
The wisdom of God that is pure, that is from above.
The wisdom that will make you apply knowledge rightly, to do that which is right according to the word of God, to walk in the will of God.
So, ‘Through wisdom is an house builded and by understanding, it is established:’
KNOW THIS:
Everyone that is walking outside the word of God, no matter how you are building, you are building in unrighteousness and you’ll give account of how you are building.
That's why the Scripture says concerning the rich oppressors in James chapter 5 verse 1,
“Go now, ye rich men, weep and howl for your miseries that shall come upon you.”
Verse 2: “Your riches are corrupted, and your garments are moth-eaten.”
Verse 3: “Your gold and silver are cankered; and the rust of them shall be a witness against you, and shall eat your flesh as if it were fire. Ye have heaped treasure together for the last days.”
Verse 4: “Behold, the hire of the labourers who have reaped down your fields, which is of you kept back by fraud, crieth: and the cries of them which have reaped are entered into the ears of the Lord of Sabaoth."
Verse 5: “Ye have lived in pleasure on the earth, and been wanton; ye have nourished your hearts, as in a day of slaughter.”
Verse 6: “Ye have condemned and killed the just; and He doth not resist you.”
Everyone who is building through the wisdom of the world is building in unrighteousness.
He will end up in hell fire. Everyone who is exploiting others, will be eternally condemned.
But, ‘Through wisdom is an house builded and by understanding it is established:’
So, I encourage you to:
Remain walking in the wisdom of God.
Refuse that anything will take you away from the wisdom of God.
Get wisdom!
Get understanding!!
Be desirous to do that which God approves based on His word. That's how to build.
Proverbs chapter 8 verse 12 says:
“I will dwell with prudence, And find out knowledge of witty inventions.”
Verse 13: “The fear of the LORD is to hate evil: Pride, and arrogance, and the evil way, And the forward mouth, do I hate.”
So..
Don't build through evil ways.
Don't build through arrogance.
Don't use your mouth wrongly in order to obtain.
DO THESE :
Do that which is right!
Walk in the counsel of the Lord!!
Walk in the understanding of the Lord!!!
That's what He said there in that Proverbs chapter 8 verse 14.
“Counsel is mine, and sound wisdom: I am understanding; I have strength.”
You will find strength in the word of God when you are walking in the word of God, when you are walking in obedience to the word of God.
You will receive the right counsel, to do the right thing at the right time.
You will walk in sound wisdom, in discretion. You will be prudent in that which you do.
So, ‘through wisdom is an house builded; And by understanding it is established:’
You need to be established in the faith, in the word of God.
As you have therefore received Christ Jesus, our Lord and Saviour, walk ye in Him.
DO THIS :
Remain rooted and built up in Him.
Remain established in the faith.
As you receive the word of God, as you have been taught, remain doing the word of God, not just being hearers, but be doers of the word of God, so that you’ll be established in all you do.
And as you do this: Remain blessed. In Jesus' Name, Amen.
